How to use I Spy

Since FROOTS: I Spy is only a section of FROOTS, and is not entirely the same thing as FROOTS, the two must be managed almost like separate TCGs.

FROOTS and FROOTS: I Spy cards should, by recommendation, be stored on separate pages. You will also need to keep two separate logs for both of them, and play two separate sets of games.

I Spy has its own forms, so any masteries and money trade-ins should be dealt with through the I Spy site, not through mother FROOTS.

FROOTS and I Spy share a common currency, so you may use money gained at FROOTS and money gained at I Spy in the same way. In other words, you can store all of your FROOTS and I Spy money in the same location, and use it to get cards from FROOTS or I Spy regardless of which section of the TCG you acquired the money from.

You may also trade FROOTS cards for I Spy cards with other traders, and vice versa. Just be sure to log it, and make sure you note which part of the TCG each card came from. For example, if you were trading a FROOTS card named HANABIRA 01 for an I Spy card named SAKURANBO 15, you would note it in your trade log as such: "Traded HANABIRA 01 (FROOTS) for SAKURANBO 15 (I Spy)"

Please note that you aren't required to play I Spy. If you join FROOTS and don't want to bother with I Spy, just ignore it. Make a page for I Spy and never touch it again. No one will force you to play I Spy's games or try to earn I Spy cards. :) However, it might put you at an advantage, because you will be earning more cards overall if you play both FROOTS and I Spy.
